Our service is primarily for people aged 18 plus who live in the Fareham and Gosport area. We offer a wide range of groups, wellbeing clinics and activities. We will work closely with you to help develop a support plan to set out what you would like to achieve and how we can best provide support.

If you are interested in attending any of the groups please contact us via telephone or email for more information.

Referrals and the Assessment Process

You can either self refer or a professional such as a doctor or social worker could refer you to us. A practitioner will then contact you to arrange an appointment to carry out an initial assessment. During this meeting they will ask you about yourself and explore how they can best support you. Our Wellbeing Advisors and Peer Support Workers can then work through a Recovery Star or Wellbeing Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) with you.
